{ About the Artist}I am a Christian wife and stay at home mom. My husband and I homeschool our almost 14 year old special needs son. I also babysit and have my two Etsy shops to help supplement my husband's income. We live in the Bay Area of Northern California, where my husband was born and raised. I grew up all over as an Air Force brat, and ended up in New Mexico for almost 20 years. I met my husband on eHarmony in June of 2003 and we were married in July of 2004. The past 3 years have been the best 3 years of my life, and of my son's life. God has richly blessed our little family with lots of love and happiness.
When it comes to crafting, I have ADD. I can't just choose one thing and stick with it, so I usually have about 7 projects in the works. I sew, scrapbook, make jewelry, make greeting cards, and do digital "design". I find great satisfaction in being able to work with my hands in so many different ways. One of my desires is to be like the Proverbs 31 woman, especially in this verse: Proverbs 31:13 She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands. God has blessed me richly with the talents He has given me, and I only hope that He is glorified in all that I do.
The photo featured is of 7 of the banners I have made for other Etsy artists/crafters. I really enjoy taking beautiful elements that others have created and putting them together to create a beautiful banner. In all, I believe that I have sold over 80 banners to fellow Etsians. It makes me feel so good to go to their shops and see their banners, or to be browsing and see something that they sold, or to see MY avatar (well, it's theirs now) in the forums. I really enjoy what I do, and I REALLY appreciate ALL of my customers! Without you, I wouldn't be in business! Thank you!
